How do you know if your having a heart attack 
pain,pressure, or squeezing in your chests.  pain or pressure in your upper body like your neck, jawline, back,stomach, or in one of your arms.

  1. avoid smoke. tone of the important thing you can do to improve your hearts heath is to not smoke.smoking can increases heart rate, tightens major arteries and can case an irregular heart rhythm. smoking also raises blood pressure.
  2. exercise regularly.regular exercise helps improve heart muscle function after a heart attack and helps prevent a cholesterol and blood pressure.
  3. healthy diet. trans fats and cholesterol in your diet can narrow  arteries to your heart, and too much salt can raise  blood pressure. eat a health diet that includes lean proteins, such as fish and beans, plenty of fruit and vegetable 
  4. control stress. reduce stress in your day to day activities rethink workaholic habit and find healthy ways to minmize or deal with stressful events in your life.

a sentence is group of words that make sense. A sentence must start with letter and end with a full stop

in the video the feminise is the stereotyped. the video is showing me that woman should always look good even doing the house chars, it also shows me and tells me that woman should be doing all  the house cleaning.other side the male should be working abd doing all the hard work?

this other vision is much better because shes more energetic,happy and hyped unlike the other she looks like she was depressed and unhappy.
