English - Critical literacy

Critical literacy  is when u apply Critical literacy (reading writing. question a text)


BIAS
Favoritism towards something, favour one thing over another.


SOURCE
 where u got information from 


CREDIBLE
A source that can be easy/abled to believe and trustworthy.


AUTHORITY
To have power or the respect of people.


RELIABLE
A source you can fall back on that's trustworthy.


PERSPECTIVE
Your own opinion that may or may not be different from others, a.k.a the way you saw it. 


AGENDA
Your intentions of what you are going to get done.


MANIPULTATE
Convince someone to think the same opinion as you.




Inclusion
1. How are the children, teenagers or young adults constructed in this text?
2. What view of the world is the text presenting?
3. What kind of languages is used in this text?
4. How does the text depict age, gender and/or cultural groups?

Exclusion
1. Who is missing from the text?
2. What questions about itself does the text not raise?
3. What has been left out of the text?
4. Whose views are excluded or privileged in the text? 

Representation
1. Why has the composer of the text represented the characters in a particular way?
2. What do the imagines suggest?
3. What do the words suggest?
4. What knowledge does the reader/viewer need to bring to this text in order to understand it?



in the video the feminise is the stereotyped. the video is showing me that woman should always look good even doing the house chars, it also shows me and tells me that woman should be doing all  the house cleaning.other side the male should be working abd doing all the hard work?

this other vision is much better because shes more energetic,happy and hyped unlike the other she looks like she was depressed and unhappy.
