a full investigation - fulling it all together.

last week we had  to record the relationship between the height a ball is dropped form, and the height of the ball's first bounce.

equipment: metre ruler - tennis ball (or another appropriate ball) - retort stand - boss head and clamp.

we had to get into twos or threes, I was with sharlisa. our science teacher gave us a 1 meter ruler and a small tennis ball 

we taped the ruler to a door so it doesn't move when we drop the tennis ball. my job was to drop the ball and sharlisa's job was to see how height it bounce 

we start to drop it from 1 meter then went down to 80cm, 60cm, 40cm and then 20cm . we did it to see if the lower we go down the higher the ball bounce or the lower it bounces.
